Nowadays there are too many people telling what to eat and what not to eat.
I’m here to tell you to tell them to shut up and mind their own business.
It’s up to you what you want to eat and no one else. Jamie Oliver should be ashamed of himself for taking away our beloved Turkey Twizzlers.
So with this in mind, enjoy some of my own culinary favourites.
Breakfast
Breakfast is one of the three most important meals of the day.
It’s important to get off to a good start.
Scrambled Egg and Toast
This toast was made in our bread maker for that tasty home-made flavour. I’m a fan of this dish because the eggs came out looking odd just like the way they do in Heavy Rain.
Fried Egg and Bacon Bagel
I like this because the egg came out to be bacon shaped. Or is the bacon egg shaped?
Lion Cereal
I don’t usually go for cereal but when a fantastic chocolate bar changes form it’s worth a go.
Welsh Rarebit
I think that’s what this is called anyway. More homemade toast, grilled with red leicester cheese and worcester sauce and a fried egg on top. Twice. I like to poke the yolk while it’s cooking so I can spread it all around evenly.
Meat and Cheese on Toast
Similar to the above, toast, red leicester and salami topped with salad cream. Joy.
Poached Omelette on Bagels
This was beautiful. Toasted bagel, topped with bacon and a poached omelette filled with spring onion, mushroom and parmesan. Note the enormous tea.
Gypsy Bread
Again not sure if this is the actual name. Most people call it Eggy Bread. I like mine in hefty stacks. Sausage and Halloumi optional.
Tinned Spaghetti On Toast
I don’t like beans. Spaghetti is better anyway. Spaghetti coated in Cheddar Cheese is best.
Sausage and Cheese Sandwich
Best for those days when you have a big appetite. Six sausages, cut into halves and evenly spread into two sandwiches with cheese melted on top. Finished with some squirts of ketchup.
Mega Breakfast
A full English is one of the greatest meals a person could have. Here we see with the home-made toast and giant tea, two lightly peppered scrambled eggs, two rashers of bacon (slightly overdone I’ll admit), two sausages, three hash browns, half a tin of spaghetti, mushrooms and some fried halloumi (not English but darn good).
Here is a similar meal, lacking hash browns but with better finished bacon anda bagel in place of toast.
Main
Whether you have your biggest meal at noon or in the evening is up to you. There are good arguments for both options. Just enjoy yourself.
Cheesy Creamy Garlic Pasta
One of the things I try to do when cooking is combine my favourite flavours. Usually this works. Bacon and strawberry jam however does not.
The Italiano
Pizza and Pasta. Pizza with ham and chicken, pasta with pesto. Bellissimo!
Super Pizza Meal
What I did here was take a chicken burger, some ham and mushrooms and place them onto a four cheese Chicago Town pizza. Then served it up with some chicken wings, thick cut steak chips and a gesture of a salad.
Chinese Take Away
One of my favourites because you have a whole load of different meats and flavours on one plate, or even one spoon, or one prawn cracker. Nice.
Tapas from Barcelona
This is what happens when you don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English. Luckily, I love this stuff! Cheese, salami, fried potato covered in burger sauce and bread!
Sizzler All You Can Eat
Sizzler is a nice place in America that lets you have all you can eat from the buffet if you buy a steak meal. Makes me happy.
Dessert
After a good meal, you often need a good follow up.
Valentines Gift
Cute. White chocolate heart with strawberry syrup, cream and edible ballbearing things.
Valentines Cookie
Big and chocolatey. Two words that should always be together. Especially in porn.
Pringle Pyramid Sandwich
Unfortunately the pyramid does not survive the top layer of bread.
Chocolate Death Star
You may be the most highly advanced technical terror in the galaxy, but I’m gonna eat you.
