It’s a huge game, and the more you play, the more stuff you notice, and wish you could do.

Alduin
Ridable Odahviing
Dragon weapon
Once you get good enough at Smithing and have the necessary Perk, you are able to forge Dragon gear.
You can make two sets of armour and a shield.
But no weapons!
I wouldn’t mind a Dragon Blade, or Dragon Bone Mace.
A Most Excellent Dragonborn Lair
Located within the Throat of the World at the foot of the mountain, with its main entrance quite close to Ivarstead, a lair like none other, built and used by previous Dragonborn warriors as they fought Alduin in a previous war.
A place to stay, train, forge equipment and discuss tactics, this would now become home to the new Dragonborn and his allies.
The entrance hidden within the rock, accessible only by opening a hidden passage at the base of the 10 thousand steps.
Outside among the local plantlife is a stable to house the horses of those who live within, and opposite a smelter and tanning rack.
The lair opens into a hall, which in turn leads into the various rooms of the building.
To the immediate left, a war room, with a table bearing maps of Skyrim, Tamriel and the locations of Dragon Burial Mounds.
Next along, a dining hall, fit for a banquet, behind which is the kitchen area.
Opposite the dining hall is the alchemy lab, where potions and poisons can be brewed and stored.
Pass between the double stairways and into the armoury which doubles as a spectacular showcase for weapons and armour. A centrepiece allows Dragonborn to display the magic masks worn by fearsome Dragon Priests.
Shelves either side of the room can be used to display other trinkets, such as statues and models.
At the back of the room, a number of weapon racks to house Daedric weapons gifted by the Princes and above them plagues to display other blades of note.
On one side of the room, a door which leads into a forge chamber for the construction and impovement of new weaponry and armour, complete with anvil, workbench, grindstone and a manakin for viewing the latest creations. The forge in turn leads into a small room with a staircase to the upper floor containing a hay bed suitable for a pet dog to sleep on.
On the other side of the armoury an entrance to an enchanters lab with suitable storage for items to be enchanted, finished products and soul gems.
Through the door in the lab another staircase leading to the upper floor and a back exit leading to a tunnel which takes the Dragonborn through the mountain to an exit near Riverwood. The tunnel being deep underground is a great place to mine for various ores.
Upstairs, the creature comforts are available and each warrior has room to relax away from the thoughts of battle and war.
The lead Dragonborn may stay in the master chamber with a bed large enough for a spouse.
Behind the master bedroom, a saferoom containing various forms of storage including a safe and a strongbox.
Five more bedrooms serve as home to the Dragonborns chosen companions and can be assigned as such. Each room is decorated with a weapon plaque which may display the companions favourite blade.
Heading into the basement, the first room found is the well stocked wine and mead cellar, regularly restocked.
Further along, a large training room for target practise and combat dummies.
At the end of the passage, a dungeon. Cells for captured enemies and possibly some implements of torture.
An all purpose lair for a Dragonborn with many needs.
—————-
This could be acquired through a quest. Something like the Greybeards telling you of a tomb containing the body of a previous Dragonborn who holds the means of opening the passage into the lair.
Ambitious I know, but it would be nice…
