So far we know that Arkham City will be home to a number of Gothams criminals, each fighting for their own piece of territory. As more and more news is revealed though, it seems that we can expect a huge variety of bad guys to contend with.
Mr Freeze
A recent trailer has revealed that the Iceman will indeed cometh.
Talia Al Ghul
The strong clue of having an actress voice the character was quite a give away really.
Bane
Rumour has it that Bane will return, but this time as an ally of Batman.
The Penguin
It would have been crazy to have a game where all of the big Bat names were vying for control and the Penguin was not among them. A trailer has shown him to be one of the top dogs (or birds) in town with his own gang and henchmen.
Solomon Grundy
The zombie-like villain originally from Green Lantern also appeared in the trailer alongside the Penguin, ready to crush Batman.
Poison Ivy
Voice actress Tasia Valenza has revealed that she reprised her role as Ivy for the second game. After the events of the first, it’s likely she will be out for vengeance.
I am ridiculously excited about this game. It has the potential to be the ultimate Bat-game. I just hope they do not ruin it by trying to cram too much in.
The only thing we need to hear confirmed now is whether Scarecrows nightmare sections will be making a comeback.
